My mentor told me to watch my dress size disappear!

My mentor on the Tesco GI Diet got in touch today and told me that despite not losing any weight I should keep an eye on how my clothes feel because people may not change on the scales but they are still losing weight – as evident from the change in the way their clothes feel.

I know I have been trying on a leather jacket that I haven’t been able to wear in years (too tight on the arm) and also it won’t button up around my babbies lol :)

I also finally got hold of a measuring tape on Friday and have measured my vital stats which I will share in a week or two after a little monitoring.

I am going to be adding some additional articles here by a guy named Nick Nilsson who has some great fitness books over at Fitness ebooks.com - I have been reading his articles and have permission to share them here.

I thought they will help you (and me) plus it means I can keep them all in one place. If you want to check out his website click this link here
