Arrrggghhh! Another week of staying the same. So my dream of just drinking water and not exercising has been thrown out the window LOL
Now its time to kick this up a notch with exercising, the hot water, and continuing affirmations.
The inches are still coming off though which is great but I really want to see the scales going down.
So its plenty of water and some exercise this week because I need to be able to see a weight loss!
I was watching an old series of “The Biggest Loser” and it reminded me just how much exercise they are made to do every week so I guess there is no getting around it.
At least I am not going up and I am sticking to the Tesco GI Diet because it is easy to follow and contains food I can cook for all of us, not just me.
