A mainly great half week so far, off to my mum’s for Christmas tomorrow so not sure what I will be typing in a few days!
Every morning I do the same thing. Wake up and have a small dose of Noni Juice http://www.tahitiannoni.com/vitalityboost
Leave that for 20-30 mins while my hot water cools down then I drink that. Breakfast happens around 8am – but as it is school holiday time breakfast has been closer to 11am this week!
Monday
Breakfast : 2 eggs, bacon and spinach
Snack : Banana and pumpkin seeds
Lunch : Humus and raw carrots
Dinner : 50z turkey breast with veg and a yoghurt
Snack : 2 crumpets (yes… I ate wheat!)
I have been feeling a little light headed and not sure I am eating enough. That definitely doesn’t sound like 2,400 worth of calories to me but I eat when I am hungry. The water helps to reduce my appetite.
Tuesday
Breakfast : Porridge (tiny bit of honey) and 3 eggs
snack: banana and pumpkin seeds (I have a bunch of bananas that need to be eaten!)
lunch : protein bar (went Christmas shopping for a few bits I had forgotten and got hungry so bought a protein bar – yuck!)
Dinner : Chicken Curry with rice
Snack: whole brazil nuts and a banana
Wednesday (I ate well today)
Exercised today and felt a little light headed while exercising so made sure I ate well today.
Breakfast: Salmon with onions and spinach
Snack : 2 eggs and tin of mixed fruit in natural juices
Lunch : 125g sardines (tin) with salad of tomatoes, lettuce, raw onion and cucumber
Dinner : 5oz chicken breast (must remember to stick to the leg!) with brocolli and carrots
snack: 1 egg and brazil nuts (forgot to eat carbs)
