Remembering past fitness levels

One of the great techniques I know about through NLP is to take yourself to a time when you felt the feeling of something you want to feel now. So far example if you wanted to feel confident going to a job interview you will remember a time when you felt super confident. Feel it, see it, experience it.

Well I am doing the same thing to help me get motivated because in the early 90s I loved Jane Fonda Step and watching this video and listening to the music brings it all back. How easy it was to complete, how great I felt afterwards and how fit I was.

Its my way of motivating myself to keep doing the fat burning belly busting exercises I have started.
