Here is my diet solution food journal for this week. It has been a great week for no wheat and no diary. I am feeling a little light headed and I do have to watch that – the strange thing is I am not hungry and I am eating well so I don’t understand it. I think it is withdrawal systems as the bad toxins leave my body. I ate plenty of red meat and spinach (I am eating spinach most of the day now) – the thing I don’t always get to do is to have a salad with my dinner. Drink water for weight loss slowly

I have been reading a lot about how to drink water for weight loss and what I have learnt is that you need to drink it slowly throughout the day.  There is alot of information out there that says “drink 8 glasses of water a day” and that is true but it is HOW you drink that water that matters. You can’t wake up and drink all 8 in the first few hours, you need to drink it regularly, just like eating little and often. If you have been thinking about losing weight or struggling with it I wanted to let you know why I recommend a personal trainer as a way to get the motivation to get fit. Back in March I wrote a blog post that outlined how many of us are full of old waste and should seriously think about cleansing our colon well since then I have looked into natural products, natural skin care, natural detox and most of all I have been exercising.
